All information supplied for payment of any service, or product by Friendly Defense Systems & Products will only and solely be used as such for processing orders. We will never contact you for more personal and financial information after you have placed your order with us. If there is such contact made you are to send an email using the address that was given to you during the ordering process.

THE ONLY CONTACT WE WILL MAKE IS FOR A CHANGE IN YOU ORDER DUE TO IT BEING UNAVAILABLE, (i.e. INVENTORY SHORTAGE, DELAYED SHIPMENT FROM MANUFACTURER, SUBSTITUTION, ETC.) ANOTHER REASON IS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION.

Depending on your order and where you reside it will be neccessary to ask for a FOID card (if you are a Certified Peace Officer I will be needing more pertinent information). This is not an option. IT IS THE LAW. I must retain such information for no more than 10 years.
