Once payment has been received and cleared. Your order will be shipped the next day (mostly by UPS), but if you have a special request I will ship via FedEx, or USPS. If your order should be received on a Friday. Please be rest assured that your order will be sent out on the next business day (Monday).

Orders shipped anywhere in the United States will arrive between 5-9 days via freight unless instructed otherwise. Larger orders will take a little more time. Possibly 9-12 days.

My return policy is either merchandise credit or even exchange on personal safety products within 10 days of receiving your shipment. If you are dissatisified with your order you may receive a full refund if you return it within 5 days of receiving you order. If the 5 day period has passed, but return it back to my warehouse due to defect, or other reason within the 10 day period, then you may ship it back free of charge if your order was more than $50 (USD). If it was under the $50 (USD) mark, but more than $25(USD), then there shall be a partial charge for shipping and handling.

There is a 30 day return policy on all CCTV and related equipment. Full refund will be given if you are dissatisfied with you order and you wish to return it no later than 10 days from the date you received your order.

All CCTV and related products shipped out have been tested for any defects. If there's a manufacturer's defect within the 30 day period. You may ship it back to my warehouse free of shipping and handling charges.
